A newly constructed villa in its own spacious grounds with a large swimming pool and adjacent tennis court. There are 2 family suites with sofa beds and a King size bed in each, and a further 5 double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. The entire villa has thermostatically controlled under floor heating for those cooler evenings at the beginning and end of the year. A very large lounge and dining area leads to a modern well fitted kitchen. There is a very comfortable TV room with satellite TV and DVD player. Between the 2 wings of the villa is a tiled piazza area with tables and chairs, leading to the pool and surrounding patio area.
