This luxurious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation home provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It is located on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community on Hwy27,40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, with convenient access to I-4 and just a 15-20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. This is a great route into the parks as it avoids the traffic delays you may get on the 192.

Universal, Seaworld and other world famous theme parks are all close by,as well as numerous shopping malls, many excellent golf courses and the Florida coast is only 65 minutes away.

Tower Lake Florida Villa is superbly positioned on a large corner lot, close to, with views and access to a excellent fishing lake. The house is fully air conditioned, there is a sparkling heated pool, spa, large private sunny deck and shaded lanai. We provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on and there is a large gas bbq grill.

Wi-fi High speed internet and computer are available for you to use and a games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball.

This vacation rental home comfortably sleeps 10 people and has 3 master suites, all have king beds, en-suite bathrooms and cable TV/DVD, 2 king masters are on the first floor (ground level) and the 3rd one is on the second floor (upper floor).

The sleeping accommodation is further made up of 2 twin bedded rooms, both are upstairs on the second floor, they share the 4th bathroom. One of the twin rooms has access to the shared bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. We provide, a crib, high chair, stroller, bed linen, towels and hairdryers.

There are 3 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and breakfast bar, a shaded outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening meals.

The villa has a large comfortable lounge area with a 42 inch flat screen TV with 300 digital cable channels (some are HD)and a DVD player. The private family room/den, has a double sofa bed, cable TV and a playstation 2. The fully equipped kitchen has a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and the washer and dryer can be found in the utility room. Off road parking is for 2 cars.

Our weekly rates include:12% tax, utilities, bed linen, bath/hand towels and end of stay cleaning fee.

Pool & spa heat $210 per week.

We accept payment by credit card through PayPal.

Our rentals are usually weekly or longer but we can offer stays of 4-6 nights for fill in dates. There is a cleaning fee of $105 for 6 nights or less.

A $380 per week rental booking deposit is required.

Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive this deposit and the return of a completed booking form.

Final payment, including a $380 refundable security deposit, will be required 6 weeks before you check in.
