La Vigna was original build in the 18th century, but rebuild in 2007 considering old drawings, and with recycled parts of the original materials.

The house has 270 m2 divided into 2 floors.

It is possible to rent the whole house (10 people)
But you can also rent the ground floor with room for 6 persons.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with bath, dining room, living room, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
You can enjoy lunch on the terrace under the pergola.

The 4 persons large apartment on the 1st floorhas 2 bedrooms with bath, large living room, kitchen with stove, oven and fridge, and a 30m2 big terrace with a great panoramic view.

The ground is approximately 5000 m2 big with flowers and olive trees.

Swimming pool 12 x 6 meters with panoramic view.

Laundry, barbecue and satellite TV.

Pets are not allowed.

La Vigna lies between Todi (24 km) and Perugia (25 km) in Marsciano municipality.

In the city of Marsciano (6 km.) you find good shopping opportunities with several shopping centers. There is also a pharmacy, a doctor and a hospital.

La Vigna is an ideal base for excursions to Assisi, Spello, Todi, Gubbio, Monte Falco, Bavagna, Spoleto, Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno
