The detached villa has been owned by our family since 1998. Arranged on two floors the house has four large bedrooms two with double beds and two with twin beds. We have three shower rooms and one bathroom, all with toilets, three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
Kitchen-Breakfast room is fully fitted with side by side fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave and hob. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. The lounge is comfortably furnished and leads onto an covered dining terrace that faces south west with stunning views of the sea, Cape Negre and the isles d'hyeres. The swimming pool is 9m x 4m with an additional childrens splash pool and sun deck, the pool has an electrically operated safety cover and a pool alarm. Our open terrace has comfortable seating and we have a gas bbq for outside living. The garden has a huge variety of plants, lawn area and mature trees, we even have somewhere to play Boule. There is a TV room with satelite TV. DVD and Video player. We are just a few km for the village of le Rayol, and nearby le Lavandou. The property has wireless internet connection.
