Montemar is a small group of tastefully designed apartments built in the traditional Menorcan style. It boasts beautifully maintained and landscaped gardens, with delightful varieties of flowering trees, plants and shrubs. There are wonderful sea-views from the apartments.

Montemar A19 is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment that will sleep 2 to 4 persons. Our property has always been maintained to a high standard.
Our spacious lounge has a part-beamed ceiling feature with a picture window, dining area, traditional fireplace and a sofa bed. There is a portable CD/radio/cassette player for guests’ use.
Our brand-new well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob and a microwave oven.
There is an over-bath shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine in the bathroom.
Our bedroom comprises a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
There is a private sun terrace with sea view, barbecue, patio furniture and steps leading to a lawned area with sun-loungers.
The safe, shallow beach of Cala Tirant is only a few minutes walk away. There are several local bars, restaurants and supermarkets to choose from.

Rental Rates:
A deposit of 100 GB Pounds per week is payable on confirmation of your booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. Prices are for the rental of the apartment per week for 2 persons. An additional charge for extra adults of 50 GB Pounds per week per person is made to cover extra linen and towels.
