Murter is one of the most beautiful destinations of the Central Adriatic. It is an island with all features and attractions of the Dalmatian islands, with an advantage: it is connected with the mainland by a bridge in the settlement called Tisno. It will take you slightly more than 3 hours' drive from Zagreb to Murter (exit Pirovac on a new highway).
Murter still lives a traditional life of fishermen and farmers, but it also offers many amenities to the tourists. It has a beautiful coast with sand and pebble beaches, crystal blue sea, mild climate with a lot of sunshine. Also, Murter has a post office, pharmacy, a surgery, a dentist, numerous restaurants, shopping centres, marinas, rent-a-boat, bicycle or scooter, there is a tennis court and other entertainment facilities. Murter is a «gate» to the Kornati archipelago – the national park comprising more than 140 islands and islets of exceptional beauty.
The house of the Janči family is situated in the rich greenery (Murter's «Bel Air»), close to the beach. There are 2 apartments for rent (2 + 2 beds) with a possibility to add another bed. The apartments are newly furnished and comfortable, with a balcony and marvellous view to the sea and the Kornati islands.
The apartments are ideal for those who want a peaceful vacation, willing to engage in some physical activities. You can swim or dive in a crystal clear sea in front of the house. The sand beach Slanica with cafés and entertainment facilities is only 600 m distant from the house. There is always a possibility to go fishing, windsurfing, to play tennis or to take a walk around Murter. You can take an excursion by boat to the Kornati islands or the waterfalls of the Krka river (also a nataional park). If you prefer cultural heritage and visiting old parts of the towns of Šibenik (only half-hour drive from Murter) or Zadar (about 60 km distant), you can enjoy in the visit to these nearby towns rich with historical monuments and interesting places.

Prices are on the base of four persons in the appartment.

Touristic tax & eletricity are not included in the price.

Reservation is valid after 30 % of the total amount is paid on our bank account. The total outstanding sholud be payed on arrival day.

Arrival sholud be after 13 : 00 a.m. and departure before 11 : 00 p.m.

For longer periods we give extra discount.

Price includes :

weekly change of bed linen,

cleaning of the apartmant on departure day.
