Many of the old oak and pine features have been retained and there is an old stone fireplace. The caring resident owners live in the adjacent Georgian farmhouse. There is ample private parking. There is fishing nearby on Esthwaite Lake and boating on Coniston Water. This area is very suitable for mountain bikers who find our lockable bike store most useful.
