The cottage has benefited from sympathetic upgrading and now provides modern and comfortable living whilst retaining period features including exposed stone walls and astragal sash and case windows.
The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance vestibule and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. An attractive spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where the bright living room/kitchen is situated. The house has a rustic charm with tasteful pine ceilings and doors but is carpeted throughout, with a quality, self colour carpet, for a cosy feel. There are many homely touches and thoughtful additions to smooth your arrival and make your stay more comfortable. The cottage is equipped with LCD TV (with Freeview), radio, and CD and cassette players. Heating is by means electric storage radiators and there is abundant hot water. There is a full size cooker and the small kitchen is well provided with everything you should need. All towels and linen are provided and there is no additional charge for electricity. Off street parking is available to the side of the property.
