Set in the heart of the Cotswolds this delightful 17th century, grade II listed cottage is situated in the attractive secluded hamlet of Tarlton. Old Farm is comfortably furnished, hosting a wealth of oak beams, exposed stonework and inglenook fireplace.

Standing in one third of an acre of well tended garden, the cottage enjoys lovely open views and a peaceful environment. Many al fresco meals are enjoyed on the attractive south/west facing patio.

The generous accommodation within Old Farm accommodates 6 people in three double bedrooms, (one double with basin and two twins). Two luxurious new bathrooms have been created, one with spacious walk in shower and the other with a lovely Bette bath to relax in. Downstairs there is a superb large, well-equipped Smallbone kitchen with lovely views onto the garden. A separate utility room leads to the downstairs cloakroom. The dining room happily seats 10 around its oak refectory table, whilst both the hall and dining room have wooden floors with rugs. A separate lounge is sympathetically furnished complete with large inglenook fireplace.


Excellent local pubs and restaurants will happily welcome you after your day’s activities. With Westonbirt Arboretum, Chedworth Roman Villa, and Bibury nearby you are spoilt for choice. Venturing a little further, Shakespeare’s Stratford and Roman Bath are within easy reach. Old farm is an excellent base for touring the Cotswolds or enjoying many local activities.
