Our 1 and 2 Bedroom serviced and furnished apartments provide spacious and comfortable Western Sydney accommodation for up to five persons at less than the cost of a hotel room.

The apartments are located in two newly refurbished small residential buildings in North Parramatta with separate level entry for each apartment.

Rental Rates:
Weekly rates start at A$750 for one bed room and A$900 for two bed room furnished apartments.



Long term weekly discount rates are available on application and subject to advanced reservation and availability.



Stand-By rates are available 3 days prior to occupation and subject to availability.

A one week non-refundable deposit is required prior to confirmation.

Upon confirmation of booking a 1 night / week deposit will be charged depending on the length of your stay.

Very spacious 2 bedroom furnished apartment accommodation in North Parramatta quite and near park location. The apartment was fully furnished and equipped with good space for all of our family of 5. Full well equipped kitchen as well as laundry and veranda overlooking the park.Secured reasonably priced ,clean and safe family holiday accommodation.

We stayed as part of my work for two weeks in Parrammatta Furnished Apartments. Very good location, close to Parramatta Central Business area still quite and overlooking a nice park and oval. Our two bedroom furnished apartment was spacious, fully furnished with good kitchen,laundry and veranda overlooking the park. Very secured and suitable accommodation for family work relocation in the Parramatta area.Very good service and very very good value.
