We are the last and seventh of 6 other properties located on a private Cul-de-Sac, its like absolute peace in the city center and ONLY up hill one small city block to ALL OF THE ACTION of Sosua. Everything is within walking distance; The bank, Discos, Bar, Food, Drinks and Shops are all right there!

Perla de Sosua consist of Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms Apartments. Most with cooking facilities or kitchens, Some with full sized living rooms and separate dining rooms and all air conditioned bedrooms, safes, ceiling fans. Linen, and cleaning services provided, pool and community terrace on premises.

We NOT only have 2 (two) bedroom apartments but we also have STUDIO and ONE BEDROOM Apartments at LOWER RATES!!!

Is a 41 sq mtr apartment (Over 440 sq ft) three short steps up apartment. Has one just under 200 sq ft separate bedroom with Air Conditioning and separate combination living and kitchen area of just under 200 sq ft. Bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen area with refrigerator and stove. Cable TV and ceiling fans and one of the few apartments at Perla that has front and back doors, giving you easy access to the gated entry and also the pool.



OFF SEASON RATES:

MONTHLY (Three (3) months or less rate) =$680.00 USD per month

WEEKLY = $280.00 USD per week

DAILY = $45.00 USD per day



IN SEASON RATES:

MONTHLY (Three (3) months or less rate) = 870 USD per month

WEEKLY = 355 USD per week

DAILY = 55 USD per day

Is a basic and clean 22 Sqmtr Studio, With Air Conditioning.

Room plus a bathroom, no kitchen area. no cooking allowed.

Has small outside patio area with chairs. A small refrigerator

and Cable TV is provided

WEEKLY = $180.00 USD per week

DAILY = $30.00 USD per day
