PIQUE FESSE is located in the idyllic Vienne countryside in the Poitou Charente department in South West France in the centre of a quiet hamlet yet close to the pituresque village of St Martin L'Ars. This lovely village has two bar/restaurants, village shop for everyday needs & recreational lake with beach, fishing, children's playground & boating. This property is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing countryside holiday, yet within easy reach of both the airports of Poitiers & Limoges & close to wealth of tourist attactions including the renowned 'Circuit de Val de Vienne' motor racing circuit. Within a few paces of the farmhouse there is a network of walks & bike rides on the ' D'oc D'oyle ' (the old North to South footpath). There is certainly lots to do to please the whole family.
The lovely farmhouse appartment, which has been renovated recently to retain the original beams & exposed stonework, is comfortable & spacious. It can sleep up to 6 people in the two L- shaped bedrooms which have a double and a single bed in each. Both the rooms also have en-suite facilites. All linen & towels are provided.
The living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen/dining area with table, chairs, dresser, fridge, cooker (gas), toaster, microwave, electric kettle & a full complement of saucepans, china and cutlery.
The living area has a sofa, coffee table, fireplace & television (with UK Sky). There is a washing machine in the ground floor laundry room & garden table, chairs & BBQ for use in the garden or on the terrace for those balmy summer evenings.

The apartment has central heating throughout & is suitable for holidays & short breaks throughout the year.

The garden is fully enclosed with a large parking area behind locked gates. For those of you wishing to compete at the 'Circuit de Val de Vienne' this is an ideal base, keeping your racing cars or bikes safe whilst enjoying the owners' hospitality.

A travel cot & high chair can be available on request.

Rental Rates:
Prices are for 1 week's stay from Saturday to Saturday inclusive of all utilites, linen & towels. Please contact us if you require a different change-over day, we will always try & accommodate.

A non refundable deposit of 75,00€ is required on booking & will be deducted off your final letting fee.
