This Pretty French Farmhouse provides charming holiday accommodation for up to seven people all-year-round. Dating back to 1785 it is nestled halfway up a hill from a Basque farm and situated within enclosed grounds of three quarters of an acre.

Ideal for families and groups, the luxury accommodation and the location offers a real retreat within deep South France. Enjoy beautiful views from every aspect, rolling fields with grazing brebis sheep, woodlands inhabited by the large variety of local wildlife and views of other picturesque farms. You will find the property well equipped for a comfortable stay, and enjoy a welcome pack on arrival.

There are many activities available in the local area, these include golf, salmon and trout fishing, skiing, surfing, white water rafting and canoeing, water parks for children, tennis, walking, mountain biking (VTT), cycling, horse riding, bird watching, gorge walking, antique and bric-a-brac hunting and wine tasting. Alternatively you could just relax and soak up the sun by the 6.4m x 4m pool overlooking tranquil countryside or sit in the shade of one of the pretty trees and enjoy trying out the local gastronomic delights in the evenings.

The beaches of Biarritz and St Jean de Luz are a scenic hour and half drive away. Pau is about an hours drive and offers great restaurants, shops and historical buildings. Ski resorts are also about an hours drive away located in the Pyrenees National Park where you can also find walking trails and beautiful mountain lakes.

There are also many scenic routes over to the northern side of Spain where you could stock up on all sorts of goodies whilst having an interesting day out.
