Relax in my spacious (2800 sq ft) family home in New Zealand’s number 1 resort town. My home is great for skiing or summer holidays, bringing together families or groups of friends. It comprises 2 large living areas, 2 bathrooms (including large spa bath) and 4 toilets. The house is tastefully furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with Yunca fire, 29 inch TV, video, stereo system, microwave, dishwasher and laundry facilities.
To fully appreciate the stunning unobstructed panoramic views I have also provided a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture on the large rooftop balcony with view across beautiful Lake Wakatipu to The Remarkables” mountain range.

Rental Rates:
Available all year round. Rate negotiable depending on number of people, length of stay and season . General range from NZD150 to NZD300 per night. Please note minimum stay of 3 nights however there are periods such as school holidays,ski season and other peak times when a longer stay is required.
