Security deposit (mandatory) € 200.- to be paid at arrival with credit card. (In case of departure out of the office time, we will send it back by post.)
Additional expenses: Electricity, water, gas consumption bills € 17.- per person / week. Kids up to 3 yrs are free, from 3 to 10 yrs € 10,-
Final cleaning (mandatory): € 50.- for type A. & B / € 60.- for type C. (The cooking area is not included in the cleaning fee - surcharge 20,- €)
intermediate cleaning (on request): € 16.- per hour / effort
Animals: (registration necessary!) surcharge of € 50,- for small or medium sized (20 kg) or € 90.- for bigger sized pets (20 kg + )! For bigger pets you need a written confirmation from us before your arrival!
Bed linen / bath towels / table linen: 18 € - per person and per set
Cot / High chair: per week € 25.- (both together € 40.-)
