Bright modern one bedroom apartment on the Residencial Las Dunas Complex in Corralejo.

The complex is a few minutes walk away from the beaches of the Las Dunas National Park, the new El Campanario Shopping Centre and the Baku water park. Corralejos’ main avenue with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants is a 15 minute stroll away.

There is a large swimming pool with childrens area, there are sunbeds and umbrellas around the edge. The complex also has an exercise room with gym equipment, tennis courts and well established gardens

There are twin beds and a double sofa bed providing sleeping space for up to 4

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, 2 ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, washing machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The breakfast bar gives you the option of dining indoors if you prefer.

The balcony is large and over looks the gardens. There is a table and chairs so you can relax. The sun reaches the balcony at different parts of the day depending on the season. However the apartment entrance is wide enough to sit on and is in full sun all year round so you have the choice of where to sit.

The bathroom has WC, bidet, sink, shower and large mirror

Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to your stay and weekly thereafter.

I am totally flexible on changeover day and as well as 1 or 2 week stays 10/11/17 etc day holidays are available just ask and I will be happy to help

Available all yearround gor £199 per week



Prices are for the apartment for up to 4 people



A non refundable £60 deposit will be required to confirm your booking



Balance and a refundable £60 breakage deposit will be due 6 weeks prior to departure.
