Description:
Lovely house from the 17th century in the heart of the Valley of the Allier River. The house is big and comfortable and only 50 meters from the river. It has four floors with the garden on the 3rd floor in the back of the house and very private with bbq, lounge chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Our gite is located in the magnificant village of Lavoute Chilhac which has little shops: bakery, butcher, general store, the post, two restaurants, a potter, a beautiful church as well as the possibility to rent canoes and kayaks- all of this just steps from the house!
If you want to get together with family or friends, our place is perfect for you- come and visit the Auvergne and taste the cheese!

Rental Rates:
from 496 euros a week in the off season (may, june, september) to 890 euros in high summer season

530 euros a week during the school holidays
