In the very heart of Rome, in an ex monastry complitely renewed, in a quiet street but in charming and lively Trastevere, few minutes walking from Tiberina Island, Porta Portese market, Gianicolo, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Via Giulia, Piazza Farnese and a little more from San Peter and the Vatican Museums, Campidoglio, Capitolini Museums, Colosseum, Fori, Bocca della Verità...
A ground floor with indipendent entrance is composed by living room with double sofa-bed, radio, lcd tv, dvd, free satellite, kitchenette, corridor, double bedroom with tv and dvd, bathroom with shower, air conditioned and on request whatever you need for the baby.
Breakfast, that is included in the price, is with milk, coffee, tea, cappuccino, yogurt, fruit juice, small cakes, small jam tarts , friut jam and nutella.
Sleeps up to 4 people.

Rental Rates:
10% discount for more than 7 days stay.
For more then 2 weeks stay ask for special prices.
Children are free on low and medium seasons.
Medium and Hight Season: for reservations booked 2 months or more in advance
there is a 10% discount for stays up to 3 nights and a 15% discount for stays of more then 4 nights.
There are no discounts in Very Hight Season and discounts are not cumulative.
A minimun stay is required on some periods (Public Holidays, August, etc.).
The total amount of the stay should be paied by cash on client arrival.
Credit card number is take only to garantee like deposit for any damage and/or loss of keys and/or
if there are more people then agreed.
A wire transfer of the amount of the first night of the stay is required to garantee the reservation.
14 days are required to cancel the reservation without any charge, or there is the charge of the first night.
Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. (extra fee for late check-in: € 30.00 after 8 p.m. and € 50.00 after 12 p.m.).
Check-out is before 10 a.m. (it is possible, with an extra fee of 50% of the cost of the night, to ask for late check-out, that is before 8 p.m. - It's subjcted to availability,
