A kyak and private tennis court is ready for your use, at no extra cost. Or--walk for miles on the sandy beach or swim in the warmest waters north of Virginia.

Enjoy a 5 minute leisurely walk to the Point du Chene wharf and view the marina or enjoy seafood at a wharf restaurant. Take the biking/walking trail into Shediac. Three minutes away is a wonderful bakery with 1960’s prices! Spend a day at a nearby attraction: Prince Edward Island, the highest tides in the world at The Rocks, Fundy Park, visit the Irving Eco-Centre at La Dune de Bouctouche, the water theme park at Magic Mountain, Magnetic Hill or visit Nova Scotia---all within a 30-45 minute drive.

Newly renovated, it is completely furnished and includes all appliances, BBQ, and laundry room. The main floor bedroom has a new double and the upstairs loft has single beds. There is a full, main floor bath. Bedding and towels are supplied. No carpeting. IMMACULATE!

Available year round. Prices range from $550/mo to $1100/wk depending on the time of the year. Contact owner for details. Possilbly willing to exchange.
