The residence is few meters from the Sea Front on the characteristic touristic harbour and the Pier where the escursions starts for the Orosei area. Many beaches are at walking distance : at the left of the port are the beaches of San Giovanni and Posada alternating small sandy coves, rocks and continuing up to Budoni; On the right hand begins the Grande beach, a strip of white sand that is over 3 km long and reaches the small fishing village of Saint Lucia. The beaches are all gently sloping, allowing the children to bathe, shaded behind by large pine trees. Free to guests' disposal there is a large swimming pool with solarium. In a few km you will find many other beaches and cliffs of rare beauty, as the islands of Tavolara and Molara, Capo Coda Cavallo, Capo Comino, Cala Liberotto, Juniper Cala, Cala Gonone, Berchida, L'Oasis Bidde Rosa, etc. All reachable by car or bus, or boat, or by organized trips, both boats rented at the tourist facilities of the port. The lively touristic town of San Teodoro with the famous nightclubs and VIP rooms is just 20 minutes by car.
The Studio Apartment is on the second floor (with elevator) of a prestigious new residential construction. It is a studio apartment with 4 sleep places very bright for about 40 mq, tastefully furnished and well-organized, divided into a kitchen / dining room, a sleeping area with 2 beds, and a living-room area with a sofa bed room, equipped with an anteroom and a bathroom with a large balcony with table and chairs.
