South West Sardinia holidays accommodations at the Residence Su Prelau. Rent all year an holiday apartment: 2 bedrooms, a big sitting room with kitchen and fireplace, bathroom with shower 3 studio flat with kitchen and bahroom,all with a separate entrance, in a villa surrounded by a huge garden at your disposal, very close to the village, Gonnesa, and to a beautiful beach.
Both apartment and studioflat have T.V., t.v points, wardrobe, cupboard, electric heating, Curtains, Double glazed, burgular alarm, remote controlled gates,crockery, kitchen utensils, cafetiere, meat grill, gas cooker, oven, refridgerator, freezer.
The garden outside it's 900 mq: Garden 8,600 Sq.ft., lawn 3,300 Sq.ft., olive grove 1,600 Sq.ft.
You can use also pizza oven (on request), BBQ, parasol, 4 sun recliners, outside shower facilities.
Parking it's uncovered but internal at the villa.
The villa is in the countryside, so you gonna pass your holidays in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Is not far, few minutes by car, from the village Gonnesa, where you can find supermarket,,car rental,post office, bank 500m, chemist, doctor, hairdressing salon, breadshop.
Residence Su Prelau it's very close to the sea and to a beautiful beach, 4km long of gold sand.
There are also a lot of amazing beaches to see all around we'll be at your complete disposal to recommend the most beautiful.

General conditions

High Season (01/06-31/08) 25,00€/night for person

Mid Season (01/04-31/05-01-30/09) 20,00€/night for person

Low Season (01/10-31/03) 18,00€/night for person



• Booking will be confirmed on receipt of the advance payment in euros equal to the 30% of rental sum by bank transfert.
