This air-conditioned apartment style cozy studio boasts nice partial ocean and sunset view. This will be your home away from home while vacationing in Waikiki. This is an immaculate studio that sleeps 2 adults comfortably, 1 small child ok. It has a full size bed and a hideaway sleeper cot with lots of extra linens. There is a clock radio, color TV, DVD player, and telephone. The free local telephone service will save you money compared to staying in a hotel. It has a kitchnette with full refrigerator, countertop double burner, pots, pans, rice cooker, dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker and heavy duty blender. Also iron, ironing board, broom and cleaners. The kitchen will save you money and it is all brand new! Laundry room located on premises. You may eat on the open lanai with partial ocean view. Great for surfers who can check surf right from the lanai. Hi speed internet access is up and running just bring your laptop to connect to the internet. Parking is $8 a day based on availability. Parking is at the Waikiki Resort Hotel next door. There is no guest parking directly on premises. You will enjoy visiting because of your proximity to Wakiki beach, and ocean activities, Kapi'olani Park and Honolulu Zoo, and Duty Free shopping. The Famous International Market Place and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, ABC and Food Pantry grocery stores, movie theaters, night life, restaurants and of course live entertainment, the Ala Wai Canal, where you can walk or jog and watch graceful outrigger canoes practice for weekend races. The is also an 18 hold public golf course at the Ala Wai . The unit is one block to Waikiki beach and is less than 25 minutes from the airport. The unit is located at 2450 Koa Ave. Apt 64.
