The house is very tastefully furnished and fully equipped kitchens for all needs. This new house is light & bright with huge windows overlooking the bay. Fantastic seaview. Dirt-tracks for walking in the mountain behind the house. Walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants.

Ideal for 2 or 3 families that want to spend their holiday together, spend the days and evening together, but require a bit of extra privacy at night. Not only the apartments are separated, but there is also 1 trippel-room with bath totally separated with its own entrance. In mid/low-season this room can be rented together with one or the other apartment.

The property has 3 fully equipped kitchens; upstairs, downstairs & outdoors. Oven, gas-hob, washing machine, fridgefreezer, microwave and toaster, stainless steel cutlery, duvets and outdoor patio furniture with parasols.
A beautiful large private pool (10 x 3,5 meters) and a sunbathing patio.
Both airconditions & ceiling fans in all bedrooms

Underfloor-heating for the winter months.

During Summertime one have to rent the whole house. Ideal is 3 or 4 couples with 1 or 2 kids each.

During LOW-season it is possible to rent partly, for instant;
- the main floor PARAISO (3 - 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom) or
- the lower floor SUEÑO (2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms)
An additional bedroom with bathroom and its own entrance could be rented together with eighter Paraiso or Sueño.

Rental Rates:
Avaliable all year (jun-sep the entire house, mid/low-season possible to rent half of it - or the entire house). The prices includes cleaning each week during the stay - and after, a welcome-pack, el, gas, water, linnen, towel etc.

Bolnuevo is an very attractive area - lies on the southern coast of Costa Calida, miles of unspoilt beaches, and a province of Murcia rich in history. Just 70min from Alicante airport, and 45 from Murcia (San Javier). It is the most sunniest place in Spain.

There are many good restuarants in Bolnuevo (Spanish, Chinese, Indian, English, German).
Fresh bread all days 08-22 at cafe Colonia. Various bars and smaller shops.
Bolnuevo beach is quiet & the biggest of them all. Many other beaches all within a short drive. Puerto de Mazarron with its esplanade lined with palm trees and tapas bars and restuarants, you just step out of these right onto the beach!.
