Description:
The home is fully self-contained with a complete kitchen, dining room, large living room and one bedroom. It has vaulted ceilings, double wall construction with natural wood detailing and ceiling fans in every room. There are hardwood floors throughout. A 10 ft. x 40 ft. covered verandah with ocean and forest views is the perfect place to enjoy watching the colorful tropical birds in the morning and to view the sunset in the evening. The deck has tables and chairs with two ceiling fans. It can be accessed from the double doors in the dining room and it wraps around to both sides of the house.

The kitchen has a full size gas stove & oven, large electric refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes & cookware. The dining and living room are fully furnished and include a couch and two single beds, TV/DVD/CD/AM/FM STEREO. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two closets, built in desk and bookshelves. It has a beautiful view of the forest and a door going out to the deck. The tiled bathroom conveniently has a washing machine and clothes dryer. All sheets and towels are included.
The home has an attractively landscaped yard with pathways through the forest and an organic garden providing complimentary fruit when in season.
Our water is supplied by our own deep well system and has been judged by our guests as being the best tasting water in Fiji! You enjoy clean, crystal clear Fiji water for your drinking pleasure, another unique feature of our property. We offer a pesticide free environment.
The home owners live nearby and are available to assist you in anyway needed.



Free Amenities: movie library, ice chests, beach mats, board games, double kayak, body boards, tournament grade table tennis, volley ball, free weights, large gas barbeque, and kava ceremonies. You will delight in safe swimming, snorkeling, and shore fishing at our private one-mile long sandy beach.

Rental Rates:
All Rates Are in US Dollars for double occupancy, year round:

Daily (four-day minimum): $75 per day

Weekly: $450 per week

Long term available

$15 per night for each additional person. 4 person maximum limit.

No charge for one child 4 years & under.

Smoking permitted only on decks.

Prices include the following utilities: electricity, gas and water.

Prices include the 12.5% VAT tax & 5 % Hotel Turnover Tax
