MASTER SUITE – Upstairs, private deck

Master suite is a spacious richly decorated room with king size wrought iron bed and luscious pillow top. Bedding includes 500 count sheets, plenty of pillows and cozy throws.
A specially designed shutter window opens up to breath taking long range mountain view from bed.
Unique furniture and décor makes this suite its own haven.
The master bath features large stone tiled walk-in shower, double vanity and oversize walk-in closet.
Double sliding glass doors open to a private tranquil deck just perfect for reading a book or enjoying the mountains.

Rental Rates:
Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free

Middle of the week SPECIAL Monday thru Thursdays through February $165.00 per night

$185.00 mid week rate per night (April 5th thru May 24th)

$215.00 weekend rate per night (January, February, April 5th thru May 24th)

Spring Break mid week rate per night (March 3 - Apr 8): 3-night minimum at $185.00 per night

Spring Break weekend rate per night (March 3 - Apr 8): 2-night minimum at $225.00 per night

Seasonal: $185.00 mid week rate per night:(May 25th thru December except October)

Seasonal: $225.00 weekend rate per night:(May 25th thru December except October)
Check-in time is 3:30 p.m.; check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.


The full rental fee is due 14 days before the first rental day. Payment can be made by personal check, travelers cheques, money orders, cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard, or cash. Add 2.5% if paying by credit card. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Last-minute bookings may be available, but the full rent and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.
