Separate Laundry room with washing machines, irons etc.
Large garden area with heated swimming pool 9 11.20m x 4.20m ) which is shared with two other gites. Open end May to mid September. Pool is fenced and gated and adheres to all the many strict French swimming pool regulations. Pool uses an active oxygen system ( non chlorine )
Garden furniture and barbecue.
Shared games room ( pool , table tennis )

St Samson provides a perfect central location for visiting all of Brittany, being within an hour's drive of both the North and South coasts. It is also within easy reach ( under a 2 hour drive ) from the ferry ports of St Malo and Roscoff and the airports at rennes, Dinard and Brest.
Whilst the location is rural it is only a 10 minute drive to the bustling town of Pontivy with its medieval castle and many shops, restaurants and amenities.

July and August £ 799 per week

End May, June, September £ 499 per week

April, May, September, October £299 per week





Changeover day Saturday during peak season but we will try to be more flexible during the rest of the year
