Welcome to "Villa Cymru", our brand new exquisite, privately owned, spacious, four bedroom, three bathroom home, sleeping up to ten guests. Located on the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, which is a tropical hideaway of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers, surrounded by a wildlife conservation area, our home provides a peaceful and idyllic setting for the perfect vacation, and yet is less than 15 minutes away from the gates of Walt Disney World.

The large family room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck and a large ceiling fan for additional cool air. The separate dining area with extending dining suite provides ample seating for all guests. There is cable TV, and a DVD player with an assortment of films for you to enjoy. We have also added a CD/Radio which will enable you to play your CDs from home. The breakfast nook is stylishly furnished and provides an ideal area for breakfast or a relaxing coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with Cooker, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice maker, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. The house phone has free local calls and WiFi Internet access.

To enhance your dream vacation, step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, swimming pool and spa, set in a large extended sun deck with a westerly facing aspect to maximise the sunlight throughout the day. As the pool faces a protected conservation area, your privacy is protected as well as a fantastic view.

The villa boasts a fully equipped games room complete with a seven foot pool table, air hockey, table tennis and table foosball.
