Every room of this luxury home has been tastefully furnished and decorated. The first floor has wood flooring throughout and consists of a beautiful kitchen with a dining nook and breakfast counter. The family room has a fireplace, leather furniture, DVD/CD player, and a new 42" plasma big screen television. The first floor also has a library/bedroom with attached bath, a dining room, and a game room with new pool table.

The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms including a master suite with king size bed and luxury bathroom. Two other bedrooms with attached bath, each have dual twin beds which can be converted into king size beds if needed. There are also 2 roll away beds available.
Relax in a sparkling heated pool with built in spa, in a backyard surrounded by large palm trees and greenery. A covered patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill, will allow you to enjoy this home as your own.

Every amenity you can think of has been provided. Families or friends can just relax and have fun. There are cable televisions in every bedroom, DVD players, movies, books, childrens games and even a video game system. For business or corporate travelers, there is also a high speed internet hookup and a fax machine.

The home is perfectly located in one of the finest upscale areas of Nevada and is only 15 minutes to the "Las Vegas Strip", 20 minutes to beautiful Lake Mead and driving distance to the Grand Canyon! If you prefer to stay closer to "home", this area has some of the best restaurants, shopping malls and theaters. The Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is less than 5 minutes away and offers incredible food and entertainment, 24 hours a day!
