Rental Rates:
Su Casa rents for $1000 per week, or $200 per night, minimum two nights with a three night minimum on holidays. 50% deposit at booking, with remainder due one week before the start date of the booking. There is a one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $30 and a refundable $300 security deposit due at that time. The security deposit will be mailed back to you promptly upon inspection.
100% refund if cancelled 30 days before arrival, 75% refund if less than 30 days notice.
