'Summer Memories' two-bedroom apartment

Description:
The two-bedroom apartment for up to 4 persons is spacious. The apartment provides its own private balcony or terrace, a double bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom, whereas in separate rooms are the kitchen area and the bathroom. There are also two-bedroom apartments which provide 4 single beds (2 single beds in each bedroom). Cots are provided if requested. Furthermore, the apartment provides refrigerator, 2 electric rings, sink and kettle in the kitchen area, shower or bath, sink and WC in the bathroom, a safety deposit box in one of the two bedrooms, and an air conditioning unit in each bedroom. In the lounge area there is also a table with 4 chairs and a sofa. There is also a special furniture with large mirror and spot lights, as a dressing place, in one of the two bedrooms. There is maid service 6 times a week. Linen and towels are provided. We strive to have each one of our rooms be uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean. Our apartments are ideal for couples and families, since Pefkos resort is a quiet and picturesque place. Pefkos has grown from a sleepy little bay into a lively small resort with a long beach and a very clean sea with good watersports, the sands here are not as crowded as they get in neighbouring village of Lindos. With less watering holes and packed discos but still a number of delightful restaurants, the pace is quieter, and somehow a bit more Greek. Pefkos resort is only 3 kilometres from the famous ancient village Lindos. You can get there either by bus or by taxi. The village is famous for its Acropolis with the castle of the Knights, the traditional architecture of the houses, the narrow alleys, the beautiful sandy beach and the very active nightlife. Summer Memories apartments are only 25 minutes by car far from the famous golf course of Rhodes Island. The largest waterpark of Rhodes is only 30 minutes drive from Pefkos resort.

Rental Rates:
Low season - from 21 April to 29 May 2012: 295 euros per week.

Medium season - from 30 May to 3 July 2012: 365 euros per week.

Medium season - from 4 July to 17 July 2012: 425 euros per week.

High season - from 18 July to 28 August 2012: 495 euros per week.

Medium season - from 29 August to 11 September 2012: 425 euros per week.

Medium season - from 12 September to 28 September 2012: 365 euros per week

Low season - from 29 September to 31 October 2012: 295 euros per week

Reservations policy:

You need to pay 30% deposit of the total price through our secure website-system in order to confirm the booking (by credit card). Alternatively, you can pay the 30% deposit through bank transfer to the hotel's bank account (IBAN). Another 30% deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date and the remaining 40% must be paid when you arrive in Summer Memories. Any deposit that is paid is non-refundable. We can give you more information through our replies of your enquiries.



Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation, there are not any extra cancellation charges. You just lose the amount of the deposit which you have paid until the date of the cancellation.



Weekly prices above are shown for your convenience, but you can also book for any number of days (3 days, 4 days, 10 days, 11 days, 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc.).



Prices shown above are per apartment, not per person. All applicable taxes are included. All payments are made in Euros( € ).



Breakfast rates:



1) Continental breakfast and tea or coffee or orange juice is 30 euros per adult per week. For children the price is 25 euros per child per week.



2) Full English breakfast and tea or coffee or orange juice is 40 euros per adult per week. For children the price is 30 euros per child per week.



Note that the breakfast (with drink) is optional (not compulsory), and it can be booked for any number of persons.
