Description:
Sunny two-room ground floor apartment with own terrace surrounded by huge trees; entirely independent but semi detached to a large Breton classic dwelling in 5000 sq m grounds with many ancient trees and lots of flowers. Bright and airy and the terrace gets the first rays of sun every morning.
The main Neo-Breton style house sits in the middle of a 5000 sq m plot surrounded by huge trees. The flatlet was built as part of the house but is entirely independent. The grounds are well maintained and the flatlet looks out onto lawns. Country flavour though only 15 km from the seaside.
The appartment is bright and airy and the terrace gets the first rays of sun every morning.
Though small, everything seems to have a place and if necessary we can store damp wetsuits or fishing lines in our outbuildings!
The appartment comprises a kitchen/dining room, a bed/sitting room, newly installed shower room with basin and WC. Recently decorated, the colour scheme is bright yellow and turquoise.
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, large mirrored wardrobe with part shelving, a chest of drawers and a coffee table.
The dining area has a modern table with two high stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, gas/electric stove, full cutlery and crockery sets.
The terrace is grey slate and looks over the flower beds and lawn sloping down towards a magic pool with bamboo and maybe wood fairies?
There are a few houses in the vicinity but it is easy to escape into the surrounding fields and lanes and just listen to the silence.
