The Pool of this Orlando rental home is Private, South Facing and Heated and is complete with comfortable pool furniture for you to enjoy those relaxing hot sunny days just lounging around. The pool furniture includes Loungers, Chairs, Sun Umbrella, etc, and the pool has a 'Safety Netted Area' to keep the children safely away from the waters edge.

You can cool you down after lying in the sun as it is fully Air Conditioned and during the winter months it will keep you warm as it is fully centrally heated. And to keep the cool or hot air evenly dispersed just turn on those Ceiling Fans to keep the temperature even and pleasant throughout.

With 3 Cable TV's, a PlayStation and a DVD Player, the villa is fully equipped for your Entertainment pleasure.

The Sunset Palms Villa can accommodate up to 8 people at any one time, has the following bedroom layouts:
