It is a spacious, thoughtfully designed, single-story residence that can accommodate four to six occupants. With unusually high ceilings, all residences are airy and bright.
The villa has a nine-foot ceilings and are over 1600 square feet, while the golf course residence has ten-foot ceilings and is nearly 2100 square feet. It is located on a fairway and is an easy walk to the golf club and fitness center.
The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the great room, den and all bedrooms. Low-E windows and sunscreens insure that inside temperatures are always comfortable. The residence is fully furnished and tastefully appointed. Just bring your toothbrush!
