Corte Bella is Del Webb's first active adult golf country club community in the area. It has the "look and feel" of Santa Barbara's gracious life-style; its ambience is elegant yet friendly and relaxed.
Each one of our smoke-free villas was completed in 2005. Each is styled in casually elegant Southwest dיcor to help bring you into the atmosphere of the beautiful Phoenix area. Each villa is architecturally enhanced with crown molding.
Each one is a spacious, thoughtfully designed, single-story residence that can accommodate four to six occupants. With unusually high ceilings, all residences are airy and bright.
Two of the villas have nine-foot ceilings and are over 1600 square feet, while the golf course residence has ten-foot ceilings and is nearly 2100 square feet. The largest villa has a covered front patio. It is located on a fairway and is an easy walk to the golf club and fitness center.
All villas are fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the great room, den and all bedrooms. Low-E windows and sunscreens insure that inside temperatures are always comfortable. Residences are fully furnished and tastefully appointed. Just bring your toothbrush!
Perhaps you'd enjoy a morning swim at the outdoor heated pool or a morning jog at our state-of-the-art fitness center. Golf enthusiasts will love playing on our championship 18-hole, Troon-managed golf course or at any one or more of EIGHT adjacent 18-hole courses (including four courses at Sun City Grand, just a five-minute drive from Corte Bella).
You and your partner can enjoy lunch at our well-appointed country club and then relax while you enjoy putting on your own private green in the back yard. Later in the day enjoy drinks on the fully extended back yard covered patio, equipped with a complete array of outdoor furniture. Here you will thoroughly enjoy entertaining or just relaxing outside while taking in the wonderful weather and the beautiful mountain views.
Our fully equipped gourmet kitchens feature easy-clean Corian countertops and slide-out drawers for easy access, so as the sun sets you can prepare anything from a light snack or luscious treats to a full-course banquet for family and friends.
After dinner, settle in to the embrace of soft, supple leather sofas and loveseats in the living room and enjoy the sights and sounds offered by our fully equipped entertainment center. When it's time to retire for the night, snuggle up under duvet-covered down-filled quilts and fall asleep on Therapeutic-style memory-foam mattresses.
