Swallow Cottage is the result of a recent barn conversion and is situated in a quiet setting away from the hub of the main street, yet only a short walk from all the village shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities. The ancient medieval township of Laugharne is on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary of the River Taf, which is a haven for many birds and wildlife. Famed for its associations with the poet Dylan Thomas and more recently the actor Neil Morrisey, Laugharne boasts a spectacular 12th century castle and has breathtaking views and many scenic walks. Swallow Cottage is an ideal base for exploring both Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire with their many tourist attractions and wonderful beaches only a short drive away. A really perfect place for relaxing and chilling out whether you come for a week or a short break, we are sure you will love it and maybe return like so many of our other visitors do.

Rental Rates:
The cottage is available for holiday lets throughout the year with prices starting from only £250-£505 per week and shortbreaks starting from only £65-£85 per night (minimum booking 3 nights).

Bookings made in advance require a £100 per week deposit with the balance payable one calender month before the start of the holiday.

Short breaks can be booked only in the same month as the start date and all money should be paid at the time of booking. ( Shortbreaks not availble during school holidays)

*Please note that quilts and pillows are provided but that you should bring your own bed linen, towels, tea-towels etc. In the case of overseas visitors it may be able to supply these but at an extra cost of £10 per week per person to allow for laundering/ cleaning costs.

Well behaved pets are very welcome at no extra charge and equipment is supplied for them.
