Large, private roof terrace with sea views, is furnished with loungers, table, chairs, umbrella, BBQ, ideal for sunbathing, dining, etc. Apartment fully tiled, fully air-conditioned, all windows except kitchen have black-out curtains. Equipped to accommodate max 6 people.
Living area open plan but separate lounge and dining room. Roomy, comprehensively equipped kitchen kitchen divided from dining room by bar counter.
Bedlinen changed, apartment cleaned, each 6-8 days. Towels each 3-4 days. Additional changes or maid-service on request.
Access area pedestrianised, ample safe parking close by. Complex grounds, gardens, common areas well lit at night. Both complex Tavira town safe/secure and family oriented. Sturdy wall safe (electronic combination, your choice).
Lounge has 1x3-seater, 1x2-seater couches (3-seater doubles as pull-out bed for two small children or one adult). Stereo, DVD, VCR and Sat TV (BBC, ITV, etc).
Dining room has 6-place dining table and serving bar counter to kitchen. Kitchen and dining room cater comfortably for 6 people.
Kitchen includes 4-plate hob; electric oven; microwave, cordless kettle; coffee percolator; toaster; juicer; soup-maker; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; vacuum cleaner; iron/board; drying frame; etc. Complex includes self service launderette where drier may be used at small charge.
One bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds, both have A/C, individual bedside lockers, reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, etc. Shared bathroom between the two bedrooms has bath, shower, bidet, WC, shaver socket, mirror, etc.
