The Apartment Verrazzano

Description:
Few minutes walking there is the centre of Cecina Marina where you can find shops, supermarkets, travel agencies, internet-points, banks, cinemas, restaurants and buses to reach Cecina downtown (1.5 km ) and from there many other destinations .
A maximum of 6 persons are allowed to stay in the Apartment.
The layout of the Apartment is a main entrance, a bath-room with shower and bath, a large living-room with a table, 6 chairs, a sideboard and a divan-bed for two persons .
Near the living-room you have a separate cooking area where you can find cooker, refrigerator, sink, oven, pans and cutlery .
From the living room you can go to a large terrace where to eat, lay in the sun and have a beautiful view to the sea and sunset
The bedroom is roomy and comfortable with a large double bed, a wardrobe and a bunk bed for two .
In the courtyard there is parking for one car .

Prices

The rent includes the complete use of the Apartment for 4 persons (max 6 persons ) and the parking area for one car .

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a frizzier, gas range, kitchen sink, dining table, 6 chairs, a divan bed for two .

There is also a bed room with a double bed, a bunk bed for two and a wardrobe , a bath room with a shower and a bath, a terrace and a parking area for one car .

The price also includes weekly cleaning of all rooms.

Are not included bed linen, and towels.

The stay starts every Saturday at 16:00 and ends the following Saturday at 10:00.

• From June 30th to July 28th 2007 , € 780 per week

• From July 28th to September 1st 2007 , € 840 per week
