The panoramic views of the 14,000 foot Continental Divide, Lake Catamount, Pleasant Valley, and the Yampa River are spectacular and unequaled in Steamboat Springs.

For groups of up to 26 people, the Bella Vista provides living space that allows for both individual privacy and group gatherings. The property has 7,510 square feet of interior space with picture windows designed to bring the outdoors inside, resulting in spectacular interior views of the mountain, lake and river.

The Bella Vista Estate is a perfect destination for Corporate Meetings, Reunions, Ski Groups, and Weddings.
