THE COCONUTS VILLA is a beautiful 5 bedroomed Villa with Private Pool - situated around a stunning Private Courtyard , situated in the beautiful grounds of "Coconut Paradise". Beautifully lit at night - making evening meals on the outside Dining Patio very special - a little piece of Paradise on earth!

Close to Rawai Beach where you can catch a Longtail Boat out to the many idyllic Tropical Islands, and near to stunning Nai Haan Beach, with it's golden sand and crystal water! Wonderfully peaceful location, yet close to many good Restaurants and Bars - and only a 15 minute drive from the busier Resorts of Kata, Karon & Patong.

The Coconuts Villa and its 2 Guest Studios are beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned - and sleep up to 10 people. The Main Villa has 3 Bedrooms (2 Double and 1 Twin), and 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite), a spacious open plan Lounge/Kitchen - all very well equipped. plus a large outdoor Dining Patio which overlooks the Pool.

The 2 Guest Studios are both totally self-contained - each has a Queen Size Bed, Lounge Area with TV. DVD, plus kitchen area and en-suite Shower Room.

The Terrace beside the Pool is well furnished with Rattan Sofas and Armchairs - a great spot to relax in the shade - plus Sunloungers to enjoy the wonderful sunshine!

The Villa & 2 Studios all have wireless ADSL Internet Connection - and is also "Toddler Friendly".

* Strictly no smoking permitted INSIDE the Villa, but permitted outside on the Terrace beside the pool
* Although this Villa has not been specially constructed or adapted for wheelchair users, it is "fairly well" accessible for people with impaired mobility

Coconut Paradise is a hidden gem and we have had a wonderful relaxing stay. The Villa had everything we needed – and the Welcome Pack was a lovely touch. Pool right outside our door – what more could you want? Just fantastic – and we can’t wait to tell everyone about Coconut Paradise when we get back home.

First & foremost thanks & congratulations – you have both worked extremely hard to accomplish this beautiful holiday paradise! You, both as hosts and now our friends, have been tremendous. We recommend Phi Phi by Speedboat & the Elephant Safari, Longtail Boat to Coral & Bon Islands (lunch on Bon Island was delicious). Rent a car or take a Taxi and explore Phuket Island – we found fabulous places to stop & eat etc. Siam Beach is quite an experience, plus the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and Sunsets at Phrom Thep Cape. There are fantastic Restaurants here, and we thoroughly recommend your Restaurant, Coconut Paradise Restaurant

If you would like to rent only 3 bedrooms then we guarantee not to allow usage of the studios to any other guests for the duration of your stay, Ensuring you retain Private use of the pool and gardens.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

* To confirm booking, send deposit for 20% of the overall rate

* Balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday

* Refundable Damages Deposit of £100 required - payable with the balance (see above) - to be refunded on your departure - subject to no breakages of course.
