This bright, two-bedroomed apartment, located on the first floor of the house is surrounded by magnificent scenary and has a very large grassed area in the private garden.

Location

Les Carroz is a wonderful place for walkers and mountain bikers as it has hundreds of Kilometers of marked paths in the valleys and foothills giving endless opportunities for exploring the high montains. The sport complex with tennis courts and archery, three swiming pools and other facilities are situated 200 m. far from the flat. In addition Lake of Annecy and Lake Leman offer every sort of water based activity in one of Europe most beautiful settings. Yvoire, situated on the shores of Lake Leman is classed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. It has retained its medieval character and parts of its 14th century fortifications. In the summer, day trips to Italy through the Mont Blanc tunnel are also appreciated. Every February a magnificent hot air ballon festival is held in Les Carroz. You may watch the flambee descente by nightime skiers with flames. There is also the mountainbiking, road cycling contest in Les Carroz, and the Tour de France in July.

LANDLORD rents in Les CARROZ d’ Arâches ( 1150 m), ski and golf resort in French Alps, 53 Km near GENEVA airport.



•1) A flat of 50 m2 +20 m2 of covered terrace up to seven ( 7 ) people.

PRICE a week : 450 – 950 € according to the season

•2) A flat of 80 m2 up to eleven ( 11 ) people.

PRICE a week : 750 – 1500€ according to the season.

COSTS,parking included.



Booking deposit at the time of booking is 25% of the rental sum, it is not refoundable. The remainder is payable before handing over the keys. In case of cancellation, if we are able to re-let the week, we may return the deposit, retaining the extra management costs incurred. Security deposit of 200 € is taken before handing over the keys. It covers loss or damage in the flat, and deduction of 50 € to cover eventual ecessive cleaning. Holidaymakers'personal possession must be covered by their travel insurance. Deposit cheque is cashed in immediately. Inventory list to check at beginning and at the end of guest stay.

Rental prices are originally quoted in Euros €. Prices may be subject to change at owner’s discretion. Our prices include central heating, water, electricity, tourism tax, car park in the garden. If possible we try to match your date requirements. Please contact with details for a quote. Prices are per week running Saturday 12.00 up to next Saturday at 10.00, anyway for key collection and arrival times arrangement please ask. Mid-week bookings and long Weekend bookings are also possible, please ask.
