Situated centally to the Marlborough Sounds and Wine Growing areas of Nelson and Marlborough, The Ranch House provides the perfect base for exploring our exciting province in the top of the South Island.
The Ranch House is central to a working equine training centre which continues to start and train horses 12 months of the year. As our guests you have the option of riding for pleasure (trail riding) or taking horsemanship or riding lessons.
On the other hand you may wish to use our facility as a base for your vacation or as a retreat for that well deserved break.
We have an extensive information library on the area and you can be sure that the time will pass all to quickly given the great number of activites the provinces of Marlborough and Nelson provide.

Rental Rates:
The Ranch House is $160.00 (NZ) per night for up to 4 persons all inclusive with a special reduction to $80.00 per night for stays of longer than 7 nights.

The Laundry facility is free and local calls can be made free of charge within the Marlborough exchange area.

Any activities can be pre-booked by phone by arrangement and local airports with international connection are 45 minutes away.
