Rates include fully equipped kitchen, microwave, range/oven, toaster, coffee-maker, full size fridge, bedding, towels, local phone service, TV with DVD/VCR/CD player. One end-of-stay housekeeping.
50% deposit to confirm reservation. 30 day cancellation policy ($25 is non-refundable). After 30 days, no cash refunds. Virtual damage deposit of $300 by credit card or regular damage deposit by personal ck due upon ck in.
Pets - No cats, 1-2 small or 1 medium size dog (up to 50 lbs) considered at our discretion. No puppies. Additional cleaning fee required.
