This Princeville Vacation Rental house is located on the #1 Fairway of the Ocean Nine, Makai Course, in Princeville Kauai, about eight hundred yards from the nearest beach, and walking distance to three great restaurants.

Walk upstairs, winding around a lush tropical atrium, to a large living area. This Princeville, Kauai Vacation Rental house is 3400 sq ft under roof. Enjoy panoramic views of ocean, fairways, mountains and waterfalls. Walk out on one of two lanais, and enjoy fresh tropical evenings as the sun sets behind Bali Hai across Hanalei bay.

You will have use of the Sunset Drive Community Association Recreation Center across the street. This excellent facility includes a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court.

Rental Rates:
Low Season (Spring and Fall) $1600 per week

Winter Season $1700 per week

Summer Season $1900 per week

Christmas, New Years $2100 per week

Thanksgiving $1800 per week



Low Season : Mid April to Mid June and Mid September to Mid December



There is a $150 cleaning fee for parties up to eight. Add $25 per person to the cleaning fee for over eight. We limit the number of guests to ten.

Kilauea Town is a former sugar plantation town, located on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai just minutes away from the famous Hanalei Bay, Na Pali Coast State Park, the Historic Kilauea Lighthouse, Kilauea National Wildlife Refuge and some of the best white sand beaches in the world.

Kilauea is a small town with a local population of approximately 2,000 people. In town there are three restaurants. We have an excellent bakery, a fish market and a small food market with gourmet, organic and deli food items. There are also specialty gift stores, a convenience store, a gas station, plus some other well kept secrets.
