The apartement has a brilliant view, and is situated just 2-3 minutes to walk to the famous and very popular La mata beach. We have a wonderful sunrise and sunset. We may sit iin the dining room and look when the sun come up in the sea. We have 2 terraces, one outside the dining room for 6 persons and a very big one on the top (85 square meters). On the top terrace we have a big bar which van be used to prepare food and drinks, a barbeque, open fireplace and a warm and cold water machine. A table for 8 persons with a big parasol as well as sun beds and sun chairs. Refrigerator on the terrace and also dinnerplates/table linen for 8. On the terrace we also have a big billiard table for playing. We also have a douche so we can cool down in the sun.
