Great Value - Luxury airconditioned beach villa just 20 km from Athens. The port of Rafina is only 5km away so the Greek Islands are within easy reach.

Villa Artemis is made up of two seperate apartments that can be rented together to sleep 9 persons or the main apartment can be rented seperately to sleep 5 persons. The first floor apartment is not rented out alone, only together with the main apartment.

The main apartment is in open plan style with modern kitchen. lounge, dining room, wc and store-room. Balconies lead out from the entrance, kitchen and dining room. On the next floor you'll find a full bathroom and two bedrooms. One has a double futon and one has two singles and a roll-away bed. Both bedrooms have balconies. Marble steps lead up to the roof terrace from where the view of the Aegean Sea and mountains are terrific.

The first floor apartment has three bedrooms with four single beds in all, a full bathroom and lounge/kitchen.

The fenced in garden has ample garden furnutem a BBQ and secure parking space.

The villa has airconditioning, central heating and unlimited hot water.

Rental Rates:
Main apartment plus first floor apartment for 10 persons, 900 Euros per week all year round
Main apartment for 5 persons, 700 Euros per week all year round.
Prices inlcude cleaning at the end of vacation
Security deposit 150 Euros.
Bed linen can be rented for 8 Euros a set to cover laundry costs
20% to be paid on booking and rest due 6 weeks prior to start of holiday.
