Villa Athina is located in Porto Rafti which is an old fishing village that has kept its charm, while developing as a beautiful holiday resort that has not been deluged by too many tourists. Set on a quiet road, the villa has been designed and furnished with great attention to ensure trouble free holidays while creating a warm and homely atmosphere.
The house has a lovely garden and a patio with a large table and chairs. It is a particularly attractive breakfast spot as it benefits from shade until mid-morning and of course it is ideal for evening meals, barbecues and for enjoying the local wine in the moonlight.

With one king en-suite, one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families or 'get-togethers', with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Swimming, enjoyig water sports and sight-seeing are some of the activities the area of Porto Rafti can offer. Athens with the Parthenon, museums and the flea market is a mere 38 kilometres away, easily reached by our modern, excellent public transport.
The beautiful pine forest of Kouvara with its famous monasteries, is a few minutes drive away, while the temple of Poseidon at Sounio, the temple of Artemis at Vravrona, Marathon, Delphi and many more offer the possibility of fantastic day trips. You can even enjoy a day trip by boat to many of the nearby islands.

Our change over day is flexible.

Prices are for the villa to sleep up to 8 specified people. A baby (9th person) can be accommodated in an additional cot. Rental prices are for self-catering and include all bills of electricity, water, air-conditioning, fast internet, bed linen, bath towels and a welcome pack with some items to start you off, detailed guidance for your trip from the airport and meeting you in Porto Rafti to take you to your villa.
Short stays of 3-4 nights are charged at one fifth of the weekly rate per night.

Additional services at a charge, on request: daily maid or cleaning at your request, shopping prior to arrival, baby sitting, cooked meals on your arrival or for any occasion, etc.
