Accessed via a driveway shared with the villa next door, this semi-detached house is in an ideal location only two kilometres from the shops and tavernas of Kassiopi and just one kilometre from Avlaki's shingle and pebble beach.
The villa's poolside terrace is a pleasant and fabulously scenic spot, with a crazy-paved patio surrounding the swimming pool and looking out across the tree-clad countryside to the sparkling Ionian Sea in the distance. A shaded door opens into the house where you will find a kitchen/diner and a simply-styled twin bedroom with french doors opening onto the poolside terrace. Two steps lead up to a shower room and the lounge; a cool room with whitewashed walls and a tiled floor, decorwith some of the owner's family antiques. Upstairs is a galleried second bedroom with a wide shaded balcony overlooking the pool and enjoying sensational views across Avlaki Bay to Albania.
