Villa Bodrum is a very special place, Located in Yalikavak/Bodrum, it
has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (3 bedrooms have double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, a saloon with a fire place, and a kitchen(with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, CD player, portable barbecue, dishes and other kitchen equipments).

It is located in 2500m square garden and it has 90m square swimming
pool.(Garden and swimming pool is shared with the villa next to it, owners-my perants are staying at the next villa and they prefere to swim in the sea,they generally do not use the pool and the pool is generally private to the guests)
This site is a very lovely site with Mediterranean flowers surround and
has a great sea view with Greek Islands. It is located 8 minutes by walk to the center of Yalikavak and 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches,15 km away from the center of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina.

Electric, gas, water and pool maintenance is included into the price.

I also would like to mention that there are chickens and a very friendly dog in the garden (i mention pets in advance, some guests may not like)

We have house keeper, every day cleans the outside (pool area), collects garbage and does the pool care.

YALIKAVAK has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where locals mix with visitors. The small harbour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants and in high season these cafĂŠ/bars and tavernas are the focus of laid-back evening entertainment. There is a traditional Windmill, some 300 years old, opened as restaurant. A typically Turkish market is held every Thursday. Yalikavak is a small fishing village where lazy days revolve around the harbour, sunbathing on one of the tiny beaches, or taking one of the daily boat trips available, to some of the many bays around. These boat trips are a very enjoyable and cheap day out with all food included. For the more energetic there are a couple of new tennis courts and a tennis/ fitness club in the village. There is also a fabulous, very smart, new Marina, complete with supermarket, shops, bistro, cafes and amphitheatre.

There is also a small 9 hole golf course approximately 20 mins away, on the way to Bodrum.
