This nice house is situated on a large property on a hill, near the small village of Peroj. The house is perfect for those who want to escape the big city and the stress from every day life. In the beautiful green garden, you will find the nice swimming pool (8x4m) next to the olive grove. The view from the pool is magnificent: you can look over the hills and even see the town of Groznjan. This all, together with the smell of the sea, makes it the ideal place to have a peaceful and relaxing holday! Because of the sillence, this holiday house seems to be a bit isolated, but the opposite is true. From your holiday house you can easily visit some nice cities. Within reasonable driving distance, you can find cities as Novigrad, Porec en Umag. Because of the new road you can also easily reach popular cities as Rovinj and Pula.
