Villa Caterina in Cefalů ( province of Palermo ) - at a distance of only 800 m from the school and the sandy beach, surrounded by the vegetation of tidy and precious gardens, rich in exotic and rare plants, one can find one of the most interesting buildings, belonging to the first ten years of the twentieth century.
A non-conventional type of house, with its embattled towers and the pleasant and fanciful matching of lively colours and refined materials, make the villa a unique type of building in town, giving a sense of comfort, relaxation and well-being.Its central location is emphasized by the presence of typical restaurants and pubs and of well equipped shops.The old town, nearby almost about 500 m. is also comfortably reachable on foot. All the apartments are renewed and pleasant, with big kitchens and bathrooms, a seaview and are endowed with a portico, opening to the garden, fit for romantic and peaceful evenings by candle-light. In this villa we have three nice three-room-flats and two two-room-flats. All have air-conditioning!
