Description:
Villa de La Familia is a lovely villa that is the perfect getaway. It's like having your own little corner of paradise! The villa sleeps up to 12 people. The property is beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers, plants and trees. The pictures really don't do it justice ...it's so beautiful in person! The patio has a table, chairs, a gas grill and a bar area. Just a few steps down and you're under the kiosk which has a dining table and rocking chairs. Walk down the path and you're in front of the swimming pool and kiddie pool. There are eight lounge chairs poolside. You will have your meals prepared and served by Isabela, your cook/maid. She's a great cook and serves you with a smile! She'll do your laundry and clean the villa daily. If you have a group of six or more people, then you'll have two maids at no extra cost to you. There is also an on premise caretaker Luis, he keeps the pool and the grounds clean and is a help at all times.

Rental Rates:
$875.00 - $1155.00/week

May 1 -Dec 14: $125.00/Daily (4 Guests) $20.00/day each additional guest

Dec 15 - April 30: $165.00/Daily (4 Guests) $25.00/day each additional guest

There is a 13% DR tax on the total....and.......

Gratuity is $3/day per person for the main maid and $1.50/day per person for the caretaker.
